As Founder and CEO of Coast 2 Coast Ventures, Christina oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, including acquisitions, dispositions, strategic partnerships, investor relations, transaction management, and business development. She leads the daily operations of Coast 2 Coast’s nationwide platform and works across the company’s real estate, alternative assets, commodities, and project funding initiatives, ensuring opportunities are vetted, relationships are cultivated, and transactions are managed with professionalism, integrity, and efficiency.

Christina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Mathematics, a Master’s Degree in Education, and a Master’s Degree in Psychology. After a successful 20-year career as a middle school mathematics teacher, she gained hands-on experience in residential construction as a junior contractor before transitioning into real estate investing. Born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Christina draws her greatest inspiration from her husband and four children.

Tom Strimple is a founder and the Chief Technology Officer of Coast 2 Coast, where he built and runs the platform that powers the company’s off-market commercial real estate marketplace. A real estate investor and member of Pace Morby’s Owners Club, Tom pairs hands-on deal experience with a background in software and AI — he is also the founder and CEO of MyMemoryHub, an AI context-intelligence company. At Coast 2 Coast his focus is the technology and systems that let the team vet every member, review every deal, and stay with investors from first look through closing.

A man of deep Christian faith, Tom leads with integrity and the conviction that real business is built on trust and relationships. He and his wife Lisa are parents to three daughters, and their family’s heart for adoption and for youth aging out of foster care shapes how he shows up — in this business and beyond.

Laura Byers is a founder of Coast 2 Coast and an experienced real estate investor who has contributed to hundreds of real estate deals. She is an original first-year member of Pace Morby’s Owners Club, a nationwide community of real estate professionals centered on collaboration, relationship-building, and innovative investing strategies. Laura is actively involved in dispositions, where she develops and manages a growing network of qualified cash buyers and investors. She is known for her attention to detail, resourcefulness, and ability to keep deals moving forward. With a collaborative yet persistent approach, Laura asks the important questions, solves problems quickly, and keeps her team on its toes.

Laura is deeply grateful to God for His goodness, kindness, and faithfulness throughout her life. She is a mother of four, including an adopted child from Ukraine, and enjoys the Russian language and writing poetry. She hopes to publish a poetry book for children one day.

After decades of negotiating complex vendor and contractor agreements for high-profile commercial properties in New York City, Buck transitioned into investing in and improving single-family and multifamily real estate. Today, Buck brings Coast 2 Coast Ventures extensive experience as an investor, private lender, mentor, and strategic partner.

Known for uncovering solutions hidden beneath the data, he is a trusted resource for creative problem-solving and sound guidance. His perspective on real estate was shaped early on by living in twenty homes across ten states before adulthood, a background that continues to inform the insight and leadership he provides today.

Samuel Ifeanyi Dobe serves as Director of Global Acquisitions and Board Representative for Coast 2 Coast, building connections across the UK, EU, U.S., East, and Africa. He merges U.S. markets with a global network to uncover major opportunities, having built a trusted international presence few can match. Behind the scenes, he manages day-to-day tasks alongside the team.

Brayan Lara is the Director of Acquisitions for Coast 2 Coast, building connections and uncovering opportunities across the country and beyond. Much of what he does happens through simple conversation — he’ll talk to anyone willing to talk to him. Most conversations lead nowhere, and some cost him time or trust. But every so often, one opens a door he never saw coming, and that makes the rest worth it.

Alongside the team, he handles the day-to-day tasks that keep things moving behind the scenes. He’s grateful to God for the doors that open, and grateful every day for the team he gets to do this with.

Aftabuzzaman Neloy, professionally known as Andres Del, serves as the CEO of AIQ and works closely with Coast 2 Coast Ventures on property underwriting, acquisitions support, deal analysis, and platform development and operations. He helps evaluate residential, commercial, land, and alternative asset opportunities while supporting initiatives such as short-term rental and family investment programs.

Andres is also passionate about AI, automation, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and decision-making within the real estate industry.

Brad Tepe brings more than 30 years of experience spanning nearly every domain of information technology and security, and currently leads the development of AI-driven solutions designed to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Through his partnership with Lankford Metals, he helps oil, gas, and mining organizations secure funding for startup operations, joint ventures, and off-take agreements, and facilitates the acquisition and sale of mines and wells.

He also maintains established relationships with buyers of gold and fuel products, including direct refinery relationships for the purchase and processing of doré bars.

Tara Frey is the co-founder of Freycelord Capital, where she has built a reputation for placing well-structured debt across fix-and-flip, DSCR, bridge, ground-up construction, and large-scale commercial deals. With an eye for red flags and a love for the deal-making process, she has helped borrowers and lenders navigate everything from single-asset loans to complex, high-capacity financing structures. Born and raised in Arizona, now based in Northern Kentucky, she brings the same energy to this platform: communication, real relationships, and a focus on getting deals done right!

Christine Marje B. Mangayao is an Executive Virtual Assistant supporting the Coast to Coast team, primarily focused on property approvals within the portal, along with a range of administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly. With around five years of experience as a real estate virtual assistant, Christine brings a strong background in transaction coordination, CMA preparation, social media management, data entry, and general administrative support.

With a heart for helping the next generation grow in faith, Christine also teaches Sunday school to preschoolers in her local church.
